Minimum Usage Policy: Minimum usage fees may be assessed if the customer does not have the number of gallons delivered equivalent to the water capacity of the tank during the review period. This review period is October 31st of the prior year to November 1st of the current year. The fee will be determined based on the propane gallons that were not delivered during that time frame. The difference between the water capacity of the tank and the gallons delivered will be billed at a price per gallon decided upon for undelivered fuel. The 'water capacity' of the tank is also known as the 'tank size'.
