Welcome to the Customer Service Department. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. 

How can we help you?

  • Have questions about fuel deliveries, billing, pricing, account setup, service plans, and general product information.
  • Need to schedule a delivery or service?  Customer service can do that.
  • Experiencing a delivery delay, billing error, service disruption, or safety concern, customer service will work to resolve it promptly.
  • We can process your payments and answer billing questions:  Take payments over the phone, assist with billing discrepancies, explain charges, and help set up autopay or budget plans.
  • New customer onboarding:  Setup up new accounts explain service agreements, schedule tank installations, and ensure our customers know how to safely use propane.
  • We coordinate emergency responses:  In case of gas leaks, equipment malfunctions, or other safety issues, customer service may be the first point of contact, relaying urgent information to service technicians.
  • Keep records and update customer accounts:  We maintain accurate records of deliveries, service calls and customer preferences in the company’s system.
